This is the exact process to get started

1.

Pre-Approval

Your property loan starts with Pre-Approval. I promise to help you with every step of the pre-approval journey so you never feel confused, frustrated or alone.

During pre-approval you will be asked for permission to run your credit history. You will also be requested to provide income and asset documentation.

I provide the upmost support and education so you are empowered within your loan options.

2.

Time to go House Hunting

Once you are pre-approved it is time to go find your property. I recommend you seek a licensed Realtor® who understands your local market. Once you find a property, you can make an offer, have your Realtor® work through the negotiations, and get your offer accepted! Once I receive the purchase property address we finalize your loan application.

Now be ready to quickly supply any additional paperwork requested so there are no closing delays.

We will order and pay for the appraisal, inspections, go over the interest rate, terms and cash needed for closing.

3.

I get to work, so you can CLOSE!

Underwriting is the process where the lender evaluates risk. Underwriting may require additional documentation.
A closing disclosure is a final, written summary that shows the exact loan terms, monthly payments, closing costs, and who pays what at the home closing so you know exactly how much money you need and what you’re signing.
After the loan has received final loan approval, we will prepare the loan documents and send them to Escrow.
Escrow is a neutral holding account where a third party keeps your earnest money, loan documents, and sometimes property taxes and insurance payments until all conditions of the home purchase are met and the sale can be completed.
